Long Beach native Dustin Moore, a.k.a NeonPhoenix, is a seasoned musician and producer, who has toured the world since the young age of 17. Already making a name for himself he has played with such artists as Herbie Hancock, EWF, Keri Hilson, Kenny Lattimore, Chante Moore, Victor Wooten, Miguel, and Kanye West. Dustin has been blessed to arrange shows that have played in venues across the globe. In 2009 his work with NAS on his "Untitled" album lead him to his first Grammy nomination.
He was honored to be musical director for "Man in the Mirror" in 2010, one of the first international tributes to the late Michael Jackson. The show toured globally from the U.S. and Canada all the way to London, and Monte Carlo in the South of France. Currently he is working as co-producer, programmer, bassist, keyboardist, composer arranger, and engineer for his band “Z.” The Long Beach based group, formally known as Mulatto, released part one of their debut album early this fall titled "ARIZE-The Prequel". As of 2012 Dustin has ventured yet again all over the world playing along side Z and NaS' for the Life is Good Tour. The energy and light that he brings to stage is both exciting and exhilarating to witness and he is grateful to be able to share it with the world.
